The hiring process includes a phone interview, a psychometric test, and a language test. After that, there's an in-person meeting with the doctor in charge, followed by a second meeting at the agency with the director. The process is divided into pre-selection and selection phases. The whole recruitment journey takes about a month and a half.

It started with a 1:1 chat with the hiring manager, focusing on soft skills and how I'd fit in. Then, I had a panel interview. Ultimately, I didn't get an offer because they were looking for someone with more experience than I had at the time.

I had an interview with the Recruiter first. Then, I had a 1st round with the manager, and a 2nd round with the team lead and Enterprise Data Architect. They seemed nice. They asked me to join the Engineering team. Then I got an automatic email saying my qualifications do not match our current staffing needs.
