I had my first interview and then I went back for a second interview a few days later. The interviewer talked about the facility like it was a family that worked together for the patients. They said they wished the staff was a family but it was more like a family feud. The patients and their families could feel the tension. The administration acts like they care but they don't do anything to fix the staff's problems. Corporate decided to take bariatric patients to make more money even though some places can't handle them. These patients need 4 to 8 staff members to move them and you need staff to do that!

We'll start with a phone call with a recruiter, then you'll come in person to meet with the Chief Nursing Officer. During that visit, we'll tour the facility. If that goes well, we'll set up a time for you to shadow one of our nurses for a few hours. After that, you'll have a conversation with HR, and then we'll extend an offer.
