Had a really good intro call initially, but then they just went completely silent even after I tried following up several times. It was weird because I kept getting bombarded with emails even after the bad experience. Just a heads up, be really careful with this group.

Behavioral Technical Case

It started with a quick screening call to check if I was basically qualified and if I'd be a good fit. Then, there were three interview rounds with three different interviewers to see my skills, experience, and if I’d mesh with the company culture. After that, I met the team informally for coffee or drinks to see if we’d get along and vibe with each other. The final step was a virtual meeting with the Area Managing Director (MD) who made the final call.

I applied for the job the day it was posted. The next day, a consultant from the company called me about a job opening. I couldn't answer, and they didn't leave a message, but they did email me the same day. I tried calling the number in the email twice that day, but it just went to voicemail with no greeting. It seemed like a personal number, not a business one, and my caller ID didn't show a company name. I sent a follow-up email and haven't heard back. The job posting was taken down a day later.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It started with a phone call from an HR manager based in Singapore. I spoke with her twice before meeting a managing director in Hong Kong. The initial calls and interviews were fairly standard. The first round was more relaxed, but the second round got more formal as we met at their office and I spoke with one of the recruitment consultants. All these discussions were very direct about the job's nature. They didn't oversell the role but made sure I understood how demanding it could be. The final stage involved a practical task where I had to make candidate calls for half a day, after which the managers evaluated my performance and we reviewed it together.
