Scheduled a call with a consultant. It was a spontaneous application for a regional role in the FMCG industry in a GCC country. The conversation was interesting, but the consultant was mainly gathering information.

Behavioral Technical Case

It started with a quick screening call to check if I was basically qualified and if I'd be a good fit. Then, there were three interview rounds with three different interviewers to see my skills, experience, and if I’d mesh with the company culture. After that, I met the team informally for coffee or drinks to see if we’d get along and vibe with each other. The final step was a virtual meeting with the Area Managing Director (MD) who made the final call.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was pretty tough. There were many stages and the questions were hard. They seemed designed to check how well you handle pressure and how you can sell yourself. It wasn't the worst experience, but it wasn't the best either.
