I applied for the position through the SEIDOR portal on December 2, 2025. About two weeks later, the HR person contacted me for an initial call. During this call, they asked me some basic questions about my education, knowledge, salary expectations, and gave me a brief description of the role. Following the initial call, I was contacted again to schedule an online interview with two members of the team.

Behavioral Technical

Got contacted via referral and LinkedIn. The interviews were pretty thorough, covering my experience, how familiar I am with the tools they use, and asking practical questions about my methods. Everything seemed to be going well until they hit me with a take-home assignment: prepare a specific content design within a 1-week deadline. I asked for a bit more time, and ended up taking 10 days to complete a storyboard in PPT, complete with graphic styles, character drafts, and content samples. I spent about 4 full days on it. After all that, they ghosted me – no feedback, not even an excuse. Zero communication, which is a massive red flag for me as a potential employer. Shows they don't value the human aspect or the time and effort candidates put in.

First, there was an HR interview where they asked about my job and salary expectations and told me about open positions in the department. Then, a technical interview happened. It had three parts: personal questions (like 'tell me about yourself', 'your biggest weakness'), an explanation of the company's org chart and history, and finally, technical questions. For the technical part, it was a take-home quiz about cloud services, lasting 30-40 minutes, unsupervised. The questions were open-ended, asking to explain service functions or compare different services.

So, I had this interview with a recruiter over the phone first, and they said they'd get back to me. About a week passed, and I hadn't heard anything, so I called them. They mentioned they'd send an interview invite. The interview got pushed back twice, which felt really unprofessional. Eventually, we had the interview, but it was with people different from the ones it was supposed to accommodate. The interview itself was just okay. They asked some technical stuff and about my Spanish language skills. They also mentioned they were actually looking for someone specialized in a specific SAP module, which was pretty annoying since they knew I wasn't, and that was the whole point of me applying. How can you expect a beginner to be specialized? And they found my resume through a partner, I didn't even apply directly. Honestly, the whole process felt unprofessional.
