The interview process was very well structured, relaxed, and respectful, starting with HR and then moving to technical and management levels. They were extremely transparent, providing feedback at the end explaining why the process didn't continue.

The HR interviewer was very friendly during the first interview and quickly scheduled an interview with the manager. The interview with the manager was more harsh, where I noticed a certain unwillingness from him to interview me. The worst, in my opinion, is not having received any feedback from the selection process.
