The process was handled masterfully, from the initial contact to the explanations of the tasks, including client expectations and process steps. It was a light but very assertive interview. Everyone involved was very polite. Congratulations.

It starts with an interview to get to know the candidate. Then, there's a second, in-person group interview to assess skills and see if you fit the profile they're looking for.
- Tell me a bit about yourself.
- What are your interests?

So, I had this interview with a recruiter over the phone first, and they said they'd get back to me. About a week passed, and I hadn't heard anything, so I called them. They mentioned they'd send an interview invite. The interview got pushed back twice, which felt really unprofessional. Eventually, we had the interview, but it was with people different from the ones it was supposed to accommodate. The interview itself was just okay. They asked some technical stuff and about my Spanish language skills. They also mentioned they were actually looking for someone specialized in a specific SAP module, which was pretty annoying since they knew I wasn't, and that was the whole point of me applying. How can you expect a beginner to be specialized? And they found my resume through a partner, I didn't even apply directly. Honestly, the whole process felt unprofessional.
- Are you familiar with any SAP configurations?
- Do you have Spanish language skills?
