It began with a phone chat, first in French, where they asked about my studies and then my work history, especially my internships, asking for details about what I did in some of them. Then, we switched to English, and they wanted to know about my previous day's activities and my reasons for wanting this job. Later, I got an invite for a CATIA test, but I ended up not going because I had already been accepted into a bachelor's program.

Behavioral Technical

I first had a pre-qualification with the manager, then an in-person interview a few weeks later. After a month of ghosting, I got a call and a verbal offer, which I accepted, and it was confirmed by email. Later, I received a contract with clauses that were actually contrary to my wishes and requests during our discussions, without anyone calling me to discuss it. I felt like it was a 'we'll just send it and if she's not paying attention, she'll accept it' situation. I used to be a lawyer, they really took me for a fool, as we say where I'm from. I called, discussed it, the manager ended the call citing a meeting and said he'd call me back to talk about it. I never heard from him again. He must have thought I was desperate and would chase him. Well, no thanks! Undeniable lack of professionalism, unjustified lack of respect and trust. But when you know the turnover rate, nothing shocking. Honestly, avoid.

Behavioral Other

The interview was extremely invasive with questions that I don't think are related to my competence. The person in charge of the department should take a course on necessary interview questions. She asked where I see myself in one year, which is an abstract question. I responded about my professional goals, but stated that life is volatile and I can't be certain about my future in one year. She implied that she is looking for someone with foresight and that I should have said I see myself as an Analyst. It's strange that someone can be so sure about another person's future with such an inappropriate question.
