Senior Accountant
Applied online and was contacted by recruiter to set up a preliminary interview. Interview process itself was easy and straightforward. There were just very many interview rounds. 1. Recruiter screen 2. Hiring manager 3. VP of Finance 4. Hiring manager again 5. Deal Desk Manager 6. HR Director I passed each round only to be notified at the end that they would only offer me Accountant II with a salary way below expectations. There were a lot of back and forth in negotiation but the company was inflexible. I declined. Whole process was a huge waste of my time.
- Why are you looking to leave your current position?
Customer Success Manager
The interview had multiple stages: 1st HR, 2nd Hiring Mgr, 3rd Hiring Mgr and another CSM for an assessment, 4th Head of Product, 5th VP of Sales, 6th CEO. After some no-shows and reschedules, I completed all stages. Then I received a standard rejection letter without any specific feedback or reasoning, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful given the time invested.
- Can you describe your current role and responsibilities?
- What strategies do you employ when dealing with challenging client situations?
Account Executive
The hiring process was really great, the first interview was with the VP of Sales and it felt like talking to a friend, we had a lot of common philosophies regarding sales, team building, and habits. He was very upfront about the expectations and the process. After that, I interviewed with the Head of People. I liked her, she was very direct about the job and clearly demonstrated the company culture. That's when I became really interested in the people and the company. Then I met with a senior AE who was more informal, letting me ask her anything I wanted. My last interview was with Anoop, it was a casual conversation where he wanted to hear my thoughts on the tool and how I envisioned myself in the company.

Corporate Counsel
The entire hiring process with Seekout was one of the best I ever had. The interview process was smooth and my recruiter was very responsive. Interview process included: screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, interview with team member, and 5 rounds virtual onsite with other business stakeholders across the company. All interviews were 30-45 mins and everyone was very nice and professional. Lastly, was a functional assignment. The entire process lasted about a month and half with only a week wait in between each phase.
