First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SeekOut.
Account Executive
The interview process was well-structured. I met with the VP of Sales and the CRO first. Then, I met with four other leaders from different departments. They clearly set expectations, and everyone I interviewed with was prepared and asked relevant questions.
- How do you define diversity?
Account Executive
The hiring process was really great, the first interview was with the VP of Sales and it felt like talking to a friend, we had a lot of common philosophies regarding sales, team building, and habits. He was very upfront about the expectations and the process. After that, I interviewed with the Head of People. I liked her, she was very direct about the job and clearly demonstrated the company culture. That's when I became really interested in the people and the company. Then I met with a senior AE who was more informal, letting me ask her anything I wanted. My last interview was with Anoop, it was a casual conversation where he wanted to hear my thoughts on the tool and how I envisioned myself in the company.
- What aspects of the product do you find appealing and unappealing?
- What is your understanding of SeekOut?
- Do you have any inquiries regarding the tool?
Account Executive
The interview process at SeekOut was pretty laid-back, more like a chat than an interrogation. It kicked off with a recruiter phone screen. Then I spoke with the VP of Sales, followed by two current Account Executives. Next up was an interview with the co-founder/CEO. The final step was an 'offer' chat with the Head of People.
- Can you tell me about your average deal size?
- What's your typical time to close a deal?
- How do you approach forecasting?
