Applied online through LinkedIn and went through a bunch of interviews. First, there was like an initial screening. Then, they gave me a technical assignment which was a practical task to fine-tune an LLM model, and I had 72 hours which was enough time to get it done and show my results. After that, I had a technical interview and then a final call with the CEO. All in all, the process was pretty smooth and easy to understand. I was super happy to get and accept the offer in the end.

The hiring process involved several steps, including interviews and a test task. It was a fast and well-organized experience, and everyone was responsive and helpful. The test task was well-designed, letting me showcase my abilities. The feedback I received was professional, objective, and useful. The whole thing had three rounds and looked at both technical and soft skills. The interviews themselves were relaxed and professional, with knowledgeable interviewers who made things comfortable.

Initial chat with HR about background, motivation, and qualifications for the role. They were always polite, objective, and focused on the job description. Then a practical test, a case study to present. It was of medium technical difficulty but with a short timeframe. All tasks were well explained and related to the job description. After that, an interview with the potential Direct Manager, more focused on the job's activities and longer than the previous one. Questions that really made me think, and they were also open to answering my doubts. Finally, an interview with the Head of Operations. This interview seemed to be aimed at 'cultural fit', with some technical and background questions still. Overall, the interviews were reasonable, with well-crafted questions, but they were directed at the job and didn't have any 'tricks' or unrelated points.

I got feedback on my application in 1-2 days and then got an invite for a screening interview 3 days later. The screening interview was pretty standard, asking about all job requirements. It lasted about 1 hour 41 minutes. They asked if I could work overlap hours for a specific timezone, which I thought was a bit strange given they advertised flexibility. At the end, I was given some documents about the hiring procedure and financial policies. I think I passed this because I got the online assessment task next. This was a take-home Python coding assignment to create geometric shapes using a class factory (circle, square, rectangle) and a shape factory in the main module. I was given unit test scripts to verify area, perimeter, and instance checks. I uploaded it via git. Sadly, even though my tests passed, I didn't get to the next stage and only received a rejection message.
