Assistant
It was a long and drawn-out process with rescheduling. The director's schedule was really full and they were unavailable, leaving the candidate unsure of the next steps. There were profile, skill, and knowledge tests. Multiple tests and interviews were conducted. They make you feel like part of the organization from the interview stage if they see your profile as a good fit.

Administrative Apprentice
The interview was a really good experience. It was conducted in a light, clear, and well-organized way, making the conversation easy and dynamic. The interviewer was empathetic, listened actively, and knew the process well, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Communication flowed naturally, letting me share my thoughts comfortably. I left with a great impression of the company and the team.

Maintenance Technician
After registering on the website for the Maintenance Technician position, I was contacted by phone and got more details about the role. Before ending the call, the recruiter asked if I was interested in continuing with the process, and I said yes. I received another call informing me that I had advanced to the next stage and that the details for the interview with the Director and a technical manager would arrive by email. I'm at this stage now and waiting for a response.

Accountant
This was the most disorganized interview experience. First, an internal HR person contacted me about a role. After asking some questions, I showed interest but never heard back. A week later, a different internal recruiter reached out about the same role with different details. When I mentioned the information I got from the first HR contact, she said no one had informed her. Despite this confusion, I decided to proceed, thinking the company might be undergoing changes. The interview invitation had a completely different job title. When I followed up, the initial HR person gave me three different job recommendations, saying I was a good fit for all of them and the interview would cover all three roles. During the actual interview, the hiring manager asked which role I was applying for. Upon explaining my interaction with HR, she asked me to pick the role I thought I was best suited for. I usually rely on internal staff to assess my skills and recommend roles, so this was off-putting. I decided then to disengage, feeling it might not be the right fit. Three weeks later, the first HR person contacted me again about the original role, saying I was a good fit, as if we had never interviewed. This whole experience makes me think the company is either extremely disorganized or everyone is overloaded, neither of which is a good sign.
