First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Schindler.
Executive Assistant
The first meeting was a video call with the head assistant and the recruiter, lasting about an hour. The second meeting was again with the head assistant, but this time also with the future manager you'll be supporting, and it lasted about 1.5 hours.
- How do you envision filling the assistant role, and in what direction do you want to develop yourself?
Administrative Assistant
The online interview with HR was respectful. I waited two weeks for feedback as agreed, but it took a month to get an email saying I wouldn't proceed.
- Tell me about yourself
- Talk about your work experience
- What are your strengths
Office Assistant
The interview was set for a specific time, but due to a lack of organization and respect, I wasn't seen for an hour. The hiring manager for the department and an HR employee were in the interview room. The manager wasn't empathetic or open to learning more about me. It was quite awkward, I'd say. Waiting an hour to answer questions for just five minutes. The HR employee was much more polite and friendly, at least someone was.
- Me diga um motivo pelo qual você deveria ser contratada.
