First, a phone call with the recruitment team, then a post-COVID video interview with the hiring manager for pre-selection. This is followed by an interview to get assigned to a client site. Once selected for a client site, the employment contract is sent.

The hiring process was good overall. The stages went well, and interactions with recruiters and tech teams were professional and interesting. However, after the final interview, I was told a response would come within the week, but I never got a final decision. It's a shame because the process was well-organized until then. A simple follow-up, even if negative, would be appreciated to respect candidates' time and effort. My advice to the company: provide a final response to candidates after the last stage.

Great hiring process with qualified and competent staff. Had an interesting introductory interview with specific questions about what they're looking for. They asked me a bit about myself and my past. I felt comfortable.

The process had 2 interviews: A first get-to-know-you interview with a recruiter. A second interview to go deeper into my background and present the mission with a manager.
