3 interviews: First contact, very standard. The recruiter didn't read my CV, was chewing gum, and seemed uninterested. However, they identified interesting projects fitting my profile and gave good advice – so overall... Interview with the client where you'll be placed. This interview is technical, a bit more aggressive, aiming to see if you're vaguely competent. Recent grads, hang in there. HR interview, pure salary negotiation. Big IT consulting firm interview, highly codified with a lot of protocol and no spontaneous connection between people: here we sell meat. But... we sell it well.

I talked to the hiring manager about my past jobs, then I had an online coding test. I didn't hear back. A few months later, they reached out again, and I talked to the same manager. He actually asked me why I hadn't been hired in the months since we last spoke. It's because companies like this don't even bother to get back to candidates.

First, there's a call to introduce ourselves. Then a technical test. After that, a call with a senior developer. And finally, a call to make an offer if everything went well.
