Quality Engineer
Had a phone call, then an interview with a business manager that lasted 1 hour, including some HR questions. Then, an interview with a technical manager that lasted 1 hour, covering professional background, professional project, ambitions, and some technical questions related to quality and project management.
- What is your professional project?
- And your ambition?
Quality Engineer
This was one of the worst interviews I've ever had. The manager seemed inexperienced, possibly only two years out of school, and talked a lot without explaining anything. He didn't seem to know his own needs and then asked me about mine. He looked frustrated and stressed. I've decided not to apply there again. Avoid, especially if you have experience.
- Can you tell me about your professional project?
- List your skills.
Software Quality Engineer
So, my interview process went really fast, only 2 days. Basically, I was supposed to get hired by this company, but they had no budget left. So, they asked Scalian if they could hire me to work on their project instead.
- Can you tell me about your academic background?
- What topics did you cover during your internships?
