I had a full day of meeting the team, which included some research associates, the hiring manager, and the lead engineer. Everyone was very nice and approachable. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough technical experience for the role, which was fair, but it was a decent experience overall.

It took 6 weeks from applying to the final interview. First, there was a phone screen with HR, and then an interview via Teams with the supervisor. These interviews were pretty straightforward, mostly asking about my expectations and how my skills matched the job. I ended up asking more questions than they did. The final round was quite intense: six 30-minute interviews over two days with each team member I'd be supporting. Each interview had a different focus, so it wasn't too repetitive, and most team members were really nice. While I understand getting input from the whole team, six interviews felt like a lot. I didn't get the job because someone else had more experience, but the HR person from the phone screen kindly offered to pass my resume to a contact at a temp agency. The temp agency never called, but it was fine since I got a job about a month later. Overall, it was a good experience, although the six final interviews were exhausting.

I've interviewed here twice and had a really good experience both times. The HR team is super responsive and efficient. The first time, I didn't get the job, and they let me know clearly. The second time, which led to me getting the offer, was just as great. The interviews involved talking with HR and about five people from the team in one-on-one chats. It felt pretty conversational, and at the end of each chat, they'd ask 2-3 STAR questions. The people I met were really open and seemed genuinely happy and passionate about what they do.

I had a quick 15 minute phone chat with a recruiter first. Then, I had a 30 minute virtual interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a long 3.5 hour virtual session with 5 different team members, including the hiring manager again. It was mostly conversational, asking about my past work. One person just hit me with a lot of behavioral questions without introducing themselves. The last round was a bit of a bummer because even though I took half a day off, they mentioned they preferred local candidates due to the company moving to hybrid, and I'm not local, even though the job was listed as remote. Kind of felt like a waste of my time since they seemed to have already made up their mind. The recruiter also didn't follow up when she said she would, so I had to chase her down. If you're not local and want remote work, maybe skip this company.
