The interview process was really smooth, and I was kept in the loop about where things stood and what was coming next. It was super clear and straightforward, which was great because I was juggling interviews with other companies too. Honestly, it was the best experience I had compared to all the others.

It began with a quick phone call to set up the interview. Then, I had an in-person meeting with two managers and another Digital Marketing Coordinator. They asked me a bunch of questions about my past work, what I'm into, and how I handle learning new things or figuring out stuff I don't know. It was a really friendly and engaging chat, lasting about an hour. About five days later, I had a second chat, this time over video with one of the managers from the first interview. We went over more details about the job and checked my knowledge of certifications and software. They did offer me the job, but there's a hiring freeze right now, so they said they'll let me know when that's lifted.

My Father who knew the COS GM made the introduction, and we started talking on the phone and exchanging emails. We then scheduled an in person meeting at the West Coast Headquarters in Camarillo, and we meet for about an hour and a half going over things in detail. It was a really good interview, and we both felt that I was a good fit for hire, and then the process really got going fast. More Phone conversations about more details and a definite hire was in the process. It was very smooth and really flowed well. I believe this was the best interview I had for a Radio job in 34 years. And with all the Paperwork flowing and going back and forth, I was hired for a August 15th start. Chris Gould is easy to talk to, seems like a squared away individual, and will be a good boss. I hope to stay here for a long time making the Company, Chris, and myself some good money. This is a real blessing.

I applied online and was contacted. They scheduled a phone interview for Friday. I confirmed the time twice because we're in different time zones. On the interview day, they called 30 minutes later than rescheduled, and then nearly an hour earlier than the new time, catching me off guard. Despite this, the interview was okay, though the interviewer seemed to just read questions. They said it went well and a higher-up would contact me later that day or early the next week. I haven't heard anything back since, it's been a week and a half. I even tried reaching out on LinkedIn, but they ignored me. It felt like a waste of my time and they were dishonest.
