Applied online. Got a call from HR the next day. Then had a digital interview with the Project Team. After that, I had an in-person with the hiring manager, and then another in-person with the Technology VP. The whole thing was a 3 round process. After the final interview, I heard nothing back even after reaching out twice, which was a bummer and felt like a waste of my time.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied and they reached out quickly. First there was a screening with HR that felt very robotic and lacked feedback. Then, about a week after, I had an online interview with a portfolio director where we just chatted about my experience, which was nice as there weren't any weird questions. After that, I had to do a take-home task which was a business development presentation, and then present it in person at their head office to two portfolio directors.

It was a smooth interview process with constant updates. First up was an interview with the hiring manager where they asked about technical skills, past experience, and how my skills fit the job. Then, there was a case study that I got a few days before to prep for a panel presentation. The interviewers were nice and asked fair questions. Overall, it was a good experience, and even though I didn't get the job, they gave me good feedback on how I did and where I could improve.

It was a pretty intense sales interview, but honestly, if you bring the energy and a positive attitude, you'll be fine. I went through their sales academy, though I'm not sure if that's still a thing. They bring in a bunch of candidates for a sales interview that involves pretty much everyone in the company. They do panel interviews, watch how you handle a team exercise, and you also have to give a presentation about yourself.
