First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RX.
Account Executive
It was a pretty intense sales interview, but honestly, if you bring the energy and a positive attitude, you'll be fine. I went through their sales academy, though I'm not sure if that's still a thing. They bring in a bunch of candidates for a sales interview that involves pretty much everyone in the company. They do panel interviews, watch how you handle a team exercise, and you also have to give a presentation about yourself.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Sales Executive
It was a HR phone call where they asked some basic questions, checked my legal right to work and asked about my availability.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What were your main responsibilities in your previous role?
- Do you have work authorization?
Account Executive
This was a really frustrating experience. The recruitment team had very poor communication, and my second interview had to be rescheduled multiple times with very little notice. I only found out my application was unsuccessful when I got an automated email asking for feedback on the interview process.
- Can you tell me about your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
