Financial Analyst
The process was pretty simple and direct, and I had a really good experience overall. I sent in my application online and heard back for an interview in less than a week. The first round was online, and the second one was in person. Both chats were really good. They're looking for people who are smart and intelligent, and also a good culture fit.
- How did you find out about RPM?
Learning Experience Designer
The whole interview thing took about a month, which is pretty fast for these kinds of roles. First, I talked to the Recruiter, then the next week it was the Hiring Manager. Two weeks after that (they were on vacation), I interviewed with the Associate Director. The Hiring Manager had given me a Case Study to showcase my work beforehand, which I completed. I know some people have had awful experiences with these, but this was my first time. My submission was awesome, and it seems they agreed, because I moved on to talk to the Associate Director. She mentioned they were wrapping up interviews by the following Tuesday and I should hear back the week after. On that Tuesday, the Recruiter emailed saying they were finishing up but still seriously considering me. It's been nearly 10 days since that email, and I've followed up twice. I'm guessing I've been ghosted and they took my work sample. I checked here before my first interview and didn't find anything, so listen up: DON'T SUBMIT A WORK SAMPLE. Seriously. Look at the Learning Manager role description, other people have said the same thing. This has to stop. They've already re-posted this exact same job. It's a SCAM.

Digital Marketing Manager
It was a rude and unprofessional 20-30 minute interview with the internal recruiter. Then there was a second interview with the hiring manager where they asked technical and behavioral questions. The third interview was with the department heads, and they asked similar questions as the second interview. During the 3rd interview, they told me I would hear back within 2 weeks, but I was ghosted and never heard from again. I get that companies have a lot of candidates, but it's unprofessional to ghost someone after the 3rd interview!
- Which brand do you like the most?
Learning Systems and Analytics Manager
Applied through LinkedIn and heard back from a recruiter about a week later. Had a video chat with the hiring manager about three weeks after that. The manager said I moved on to the Case Assessment stage. She explained that I'd have 3 days to work on a proposal for a learning tech implementation and if I passed, I'd do a final interview where I'd present it to a panel. After I sent in the proposal, I never heard back. Later saw on the careers site that my application was no longer being considered.
