I saw the posting on indeed.com and applied online. The next day, HR called for a phone interview, but I missed it. I called back and emailed them. It took over a week to connect with HR. After the phone interview, I met with a Regional Property Manager. The interview went great, and she indicated an offer would be coming, but she needed to finalize the details. I left feeling positive and expected to hear back the next day. After 24 hours, I followed up via email for background check and drug test info, as the Regional Manager had mentioned. It was a Friday, and I didn't hear back over the weekend. On Monday morning, I called again to get the forms. A few hours later, I got an automated email saying I was no longer being considered. I was really upset because I felt lied to, especially after what was said, and I genuinely wanted to work there despite negative company reviews.

Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed with Roscoe and thought it went really well. They had me tour the properties that would have been under my management if I'd gotten the job. Then, they told me some story about how the portfolios were being reorganized, and they ended up hiring a coworker of mine. While I'm happy for them, the fact that they gave me a made-up reason instead of just saying they found someone a better fit really rubbed me the wrong way.

The interview process was well put together and challenging, but overall a good experience. I spoke with three different people, and each interview was unique. If you're applying here, be prepared to demonstrate your expertise and how you'd manage responsibilities as they come up.
