Community Manager
The interview questions were very straightforward. They mostly involved reading through my resume and asking for minor expansions, like 'how big was that community?'. There wasn't much engagement beyond that.
- While I understand the need to verify my experience, the way some questions were phrased felt like they were challenging my background rather than exploring how my skills could benefit the role.
Community Manager
I went through 2 interviews, first with the RPM and then with the Regional VP. This whole thing took a few weeks. The first interview with the RPM was all about my experience and situational questions, like how I'd deal with certain things. The second one, with the Regional VP, was more laid-back, just getting to know me as a person, so it felt like a casual chat.
- How would you handle a situation where a resident is angry and yelling at you?
Community Manager
The interview for my position was super easy and very informative. I met different managers, although it wasn't at the property I was meant to manage. I really enjoyed it!
- Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this career?
