Rolex Interview Questions
& Process

I had the chance to go through two interviews for a position in Geneva. The first one was with HR, and then a second one about two months later. I didn't get much info about the role, it was described as very confidential, which made it hard to have concrete expectations. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected. I didn't get any feedback, verbal or written, except for a postal letter announcing the decision without explanation. I get and respect the discretion of Rolex, but a little feedback, even brief, would have been nice to help me improve.

The interviewers seemed very professional, I was interviewed by three people. The interview was quite easy as it was only for an internship. The questions were mostly basic. The whole process was also very well conducted. They responded me quite quickly when I applied and then proposed an interview.

I was contacted on Linkedin by JBC Team for an interview with Rolex. The Linkedin contact was great, but the Rolex interviewer was unprofessional, calling me without a schedule and being rude because my son was playing in the background. She called on weekend nights to check if I was studying the company and said I needed to do well so she could get me a higher salary and take a cut for herself. The interview with Rolex was short but also unprofessional. The HR person was dressed casually and had messy hair. She asked me two questions and mentioned two open positions, promising to send descriptions which never came. She then ghosted me after saying she'd let me know about a second interview. Both JBC and Rolex were extremely unprofessional and wasted my time.

First contact was by phone, I had applied several months prior. Second interview was directly at the offices in Geneva with HR and the Manager. The interaction was nice but unfortunately the hiring conditions are not what I was hoping for. Little room for creativity and change. No possibility for remote work. The structure is quite hierarchical and the company has very conservative procedures.
