I had the chance to go through two interviews for a position in Geneva. The first one was with HR, and then a second one about two months later. I didn't get much info about the role, it was described as very confidential, which made it hard to have concrete expectations. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected. I didn't get any feedback, verbal or written, except for a postal letter announcing the decision without explanation. I get and respect the discretion of Rolex, but a little feedback, even brief, would have been nice to help me improve.

The process is very fast, they are looking for someone ASAP. The first interview was mid-month, and the second interview was the following month. The tests were done without internet access, which made it impossible to show my fast research potential on certain Excel formulas. The questions were poorly worded. There was a spelling/text correction test, plus writing a material order on Word (which isn't realistic). Excel test included dynamic pivots and more! PowerPoint test had unclear instructions. The third interview was in the third month.
