Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rolex.
Intern
The interview process had two parts, one video call and one in person. They asked me questions I didn't expect, and it was quite difficult. I thought I would get the job, but ultimately I didn't meet their requirements.
- How many pizza boxes can you fit in this room?
Intern
The interviewers seemed very professional, I was interviewed by three people. The interview was quite easy as it was only for an internship. The questions were mostly basic. The whole process was also very well conducted. They responded me quite quickly when I applied and then proposed an interview.
- Why is your background a good fit for this role?
Intern
First an HR interview, then an HR interview with a technical person. In the second interview, the technical person asks more questions, but they stay pretty surface-level and not too difficult.
- What do you see yourself doing here?
