Behavioral Technical Presentation

This role had multiple interviews. First, an HR interview, then two more. One was a managerial assessment and the other was very technical. The interview process at Rocket can vary by region. In new markets, they prioritize quick launches and exits, so besides senior management, most hires are selected based on their college/university and enthusiasm. For senior roles, candidates undergo stricter and deeper analysis. A common practice at Rocket is to hire people with MBAs as "Co-founders" (who are essentially employees given the title for branding) to make the company appear more attractive.
