Super quick hiring process. HR was really nice. Right after applying, I got a call from HR. The next day, I had my first interview with someone from the department. It was intense and covered pretty much everything you'd expect. The company person was super friendly and helpful though. I passed that and had my second interview with the head of the department the very next day. It was just a fit interview and much easier than the first. I got an offer not long after.

I found out about the opening through alumni and submitted my resume. I connected with their international recruiter, who conducted an initial informational interview and mentioned she'd connect me with local offices. After a two-month wait, the Singapore office reached out. By then, I was more interested in other roles. The interview was a video-less Skype call with a direct interviewer who asked about my interest in the business, my entrepreneurial background, and challenging leadership situations. She also emphasized the fast-paced nature of the work. In the end, it turned out I wasn't the right fit, and I also felt the role wouldn't be a good match for me, so it worked out for everyone.

I sent my cover letter and CV to a recruiter through my school's careers service. They then passed it to their office in Thailand. The person there emailed me to set up a Skype interview in 2 days, which was pretty short notice. The interview itself was only 30 minutes and we didn't use webcams. He was really friendly and casual. He said I'd hear back in about a week, so I emailed him a little over a week later. He let me know I got the job and then a formal offer came a few days after that.
