Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

The interview process included standard questions about background and motivation. It also heavily focused on macro events and investment ideas. You'll meet with everyone on the team, including people from other investment and operations teams. This company is known to ghost candidates after a few rounds. It seems like some interviews are just to keep a candidate pipeline in case the top candidate declines the offer.

  • What is your outlook on the current macro environment?

Behavioral Technical

The process was pretty straightforward. The first round was a recruiter call, and then the later rounds were with the team. It was unprofessional that the analyst interviewer didn't read my resume and asked personal questions about my nationality, which made me feel offended and uncomfortable. Even if a candidate isn't ideal, interviewers should at least read their resume and avoid personal questions, setting clear boundaries.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Why did you apply to this role?
  • Can you tell me why you applied to this company?
  • What is your nationality?
