The interviewer seemed to follow a script and wasn't very engaged. They didn't show interest in learning about me or my motivations for applying. The conversation felt stiff, which made me less enthusiastic about the team. Some questions were phrased strangely.

The process was pretty straightforward. The first round was a recruiter call, and then the later rounds were with the team. It was unprofessional that the analyst interviewer didn't read my resume and asked personal questions about my nationality, which made me feel offended and uncomfortable. Even if a candidate isn't ideal, interviewers should at least read their resume and avoid personal questions, setting clear boundaries.
