First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rockefeller Capital Management.
Intern
The interview process usually has 3 to 4 rounds. It kicks off with an HR screening, and then you'll have interviews with other employees. There was about a 1-week gap between each interview round. The interviewers were generally nice and asked thorough questions.
- What are your reasons for pursuing RCM?
- Could you answer some general technical questions related to IBD?
Intern
The interview process involved 3 online rounds. It started with a recruiter chat, then two VPs interviewed me, and finally, I had an interview with the team I would have worked with. It felt friendly and like a good place to work.
- What makes you stand out from other applicants for this position?
Intern
It was a pretty simple process with 3 rounds. The first was an HR chat to see if I was interested. Then, the next two rounds were focused on the actual job. They hire a bunch of interns for the main NYC office, but the smaller offices don't hire as many, so it's good to ask about that.
- What sparked your interest in Rockefeller and wealth management overall?
