On va d'abord vous présenter l'entreprise et les missions. Ensuite, il y aura un test technique pour voir à quel point vous êtes rapide et précis sur les inventaires virtuels. Ça prend environ 10 minutes, et il faut passer un certain niveau sur 5 paliers pour être pris. Il y a un entraînement avant le test, et les instructions sont claires.

Simple interview, in a group setting, only requires knowing how to use the equipment. Just follow instructions, listen carefully, practice with the app, and reapply it before the allotted time. About 30 people during the same interview, no oral exchanges though.

From the very beginning of the interview, I was mistreated and treated badly because the interviewer felt I shouldn't get Italian citizenship (I was recognized as Italian a month later), even though it was my right and I was legally in the country. Others present at the interview were mistreated and discriminated against. Absolutely shameful, I'm glad I didn't work there!

The interview I had was pretty straightforward and nice to deal with. The questions asked were relevant and focused on my skills, professional experience, and personality. The overall atmosphere of the interview was relaxed, which helped create an environment conducive to open communication. The recruiters were welcoming and interested in my answers, which allowed me to express myself freely and highlight my strengths. The questions focused on my past achievements, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities. In addition, behavioral aspects and interpersonal skills were also discussed.
