Operations Manager
We did this pod style final interview at a corp office in Auburn Hills, MI. It started at 8AM and finished around 2PM. The management was knowledgeable and participated in the process, answering all our questions.
- Tell me about yourself.
Supervisor
I applied online through the website, and then got a call from the district. I went in, did more paperwork, and took a test. We talked about the job and pay, and then I was hired. I got a handbook and had to give my availability for the next month. The training was quick and communication is really bad. I mostly learned by doing the job.
- Would you travel to a nearby state or up to 100 miles for a job that might only be 5 hours long?
Area Manager
I had a phone call, then visited the district, and went out to a meal. After that, there was a phone call with the vice president, followed by a 3-month class to learn the job requirements. Each week during the class, I had a conference call, and at the very end, the district manager and I decided if I was a good fit.
- What is your tenure at your present company?
