I had a quick screener call with the recruiter. It felt more like they were selling the company to me rather than evaluating my fit for the role. Surprisingly, the hiring manager didn't select me for an interview a few days later. I guess I appreciated the fast decision, and honestly, it's probably for the best since I'm looking at other roles that align better with my career goals.

The interview process was fantastic. I had the most lovely initial phone screen interview with Dawn. She really put me at ease and took the time to get to know me and my experience. She was incredibly warm and friendly. My two subsequent interviews were great as well, lots of relevant and engaging questions. I had to do a presentation on my third and final interview and they were incredibly welcoming and encouraging. The presentation was very relevant to the role and showcased expertise and creativity well, thanks to a very well-designed presentation brief. Something that really stood out throughout the entire process was how friendly, positive and welcoming everyone was, really reflecting the amazing company culture they have at Reward Gateway.

Got an initial email from HR to schedule a phone interview about a week out. Had a phone interview with HR where we talked about the basics of the company, why the salary wasn't updated for the market, and why the job title changed from Manager to Specialist. Then had a Zoom interview with the inline managers. They asked about my past experience and gave a detailed explanation of the job and how things work. After that, there was a task assessment with 4 questions that I had to answer without knowing the specific toolbase, internal procedures, or client details. Finally, a Zoom interview with the head of operations where we went over the task assessment.

Behavioral Technical

It was the best hiring process I've ever been through, and I'm thrilled to see the difference a well-organized process makes. After submitting my CV, I received an invitation for a recruiter call just three days later. They offered several time slots, and I was able to pick the one that worked best for me. Once I confirmed the date and time, I got a very detailed email explaining what to expect and including helpful links to important company documents and resources like their blog and culture book. This really helped me learn more about their products, processes, and company culture. I absolutely loved their products! The recruiter on the call was very polite and asked a lot about my experience and past cases, but also focused on understanding my thought process and how I make decisions.
