I had a call with an internal HR rep for about 30 minutes where we talked about my skills, the job itself, and what the next steps would be. I also got to explain why I was interested in working at Reward Gateway and asked a lot about the team structure. We also had some discussion about how I'd fit in with the company culture.

It was the best hiring process I've ever been through, and I'm thrilled to see the difference a well-organized process makes. After submitting my CV, I received an invitation for a recruiter call just three days later. They offered several time slots, and I was able to pick the one that worked best for me. Once I confirmed the date and time, I got a very detailed email explaining what to expect and including helpful links to important company documents and resources like their blog and culture book. This really helped me learn more about their products, processes, and company culture. I absolutely loved their products! The recruiter on the call was very polite and asked a lot about my experience and past cases, but also focused on understanding my thought process and how I make decisions.

The recruiter was super helpful, giving me all the details about the job, tips for later stages, and who I'd meet. They even asked about other interviews I'm doing, and when I mentioned I had a final one with another company I liked, they promised to speed things up on their end. Because of that, I finished the whole interview process in just 4 business days and got an offer!
