I had an initial interview with a talent partner that lasted about an hour. She was really friendly and knew a lot, which made me feel comfortable. She answered tons of my questions, even when we went over time. After that, I interviewed with the Director and a senior team member. They were great too.

So, for the Client Success Manager role, the whole interview and onboarding thing was really great. It felt super organized and well-thought-out. Everyone on the team was nice, got back to me quickly, and made sure I knew what was coming next. It was a really easy and good experience, felt supported the whole way.

There were 4 interviews over 4 weeks. It was a really bad experience. The recruiter was impossible to get hold of and didn't respond to my emails asking for more info or how to prep. The final interview was with the SVP of Sales and it felt like they were trying to trip me up. I'd asked the recruiter beforehand what kind of interview it would be because the invite had no details, but I heard nothing back. Then I was told I'd know in two days, but it took two weeks and me emailing them twice more to get a response. The feedback was awful and seemed really personal. I'd be wary of working there because the questions hinted at a toxic culture in the Sydney office, with a lot of focus on dealing with conflict, difficult coworkers, and obstacles.
