The interview process was quite straightforward and the interviewers were pleasant. I had conversations with different teams, allowing me to meet various people. The questions posed were manageable; they didn't expect extensive prior knowledge but did anticipate that I would have done some research. It felt more like a casual discussion than a formal interview. Everyone was dressed casually.

I had an online interview that was about 45 minutes long. It was conducted in both Japanese and English by an interviewer who is Japanese and lives in the UK. They were really nice and made me feel comfortable even though I was a bit nervous at first. The interviewer went over the main duties for the job, like what I'd be doing day-to-day. They also shared some good info about the team, the kinds of clients the company deals with, and how this job fits into the bigger picture of the business.

The interview process involved asking relevant testing questions, including those related to current trends in the field. There were questions covering both manual testing and automation, along with some basic Git commands. Programming questions were also part of it, including some simple programs. Additionally, I was asked about tools like Jira and other testing management software.

I had 2 interviews and 1 quiz. The first interview was 30 minutes, with basic questions. After that, there was a 30-question multiple-choice quiz. The second interview lasted 90 minutes and was split into three 30-minute parts: discussing past experience, technical questions, and an exercise where I had to design the atoi function.
