I had a behavioral interview over zoom that lasted about an hour. We talked about coding projects on my resume and the stack they use at Renesas. They said I would interview with another person and I had a good impression after the interview. However, I was ghosted after with no response.

Software Design Engineer
3 step after screening CV Step 1: Knowledge test and English Test. You have to know the basic of programming language, algorithm, discrete math, bit processing for Knowledge Test. The English Test combine Grammar - Vocabulary Test and Writing Test. If you pass, you go in step 2 Step 2: Preparation and presentation a statement about 10 minutes (30' preparation, 7' - 15' presentation and Q&A). Step 3: Technical Interview and HR Interview.
