Sales
The interview process involved some really nice people who asked a lot of questions. It was easy to talk to them, and they were very informative. They seemed open-minded and sales-driven, really knowing their stuff and making the company sound interesting. I'm excited for my first job after this experience.
- What type of shoe would you describe yourself as?
Account Executive
The recruitment process for the Account Executive role was quite disappointing. After finishing an assignment, I was told I was in the top 12% of applicants. Then I was invited to schedule an interview with a manager and attend a seminar, which I did. I also spent a lot of time preparing and researching the company. But the interview was canceled the next day without any feedback or reason. I know hiring can be competitive and plans change, but canceling interviews after candidates have passed multiple stages and put in more effort felt unprofessional and like they didn't value our time. I think the company could do better by communicating more clearly and respecting applicants' time and commitment.
- Can you tell us about yourself and explain your motivation for pursuing a career in sales?
Sales AE
The interview process has a few parts. It starts with an initial call to ask about basics, then you meet with hiring managers. They are extremely transparent about the job, the good and the bad. I had a great understanding of what it takes to succeed. I hope I get the job!
- What was your previous sales ranking?
Direct Sales Closer
I went to a seminar for the job. By the end of the week, they told us if we were moving on. A few hours later, I got the same text I got when invited to the seminar. I called to ask if this was the next step or a mistake, but never heard back. I attended the Zoom meeting a week later, and it was the same seminar. It's impossible to reach anyone; no one answers the phone or replies. It just seems really unorganized.
