Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ReminderMedia.
Sales
The interview process involved some really nice people who asked a lot of questions. It was easy to talk to them, and they were very informative. They seemed open-minded and sales-driven, really knowing their stuff and making the company sound interesting. I'm excited for my first job after this experience.
- What type of shoe would you describe yourself as?
Sales Support
I had a really open and chill 15-minute chat with the hiring manager. We talked about what I'd be doing day-to-day as a Sales Support Intern. We also touched on how much the company's grown these past few years.
- Could you share about a class you really enjoyed?
- Which class has been your favorite up to this point?
- Tell me about one of your favorite classes.
Sales Representative
It started with a recruiter call to go over my resume and the role details. They said I was in the top 12% and a great fit. The recruiter mentioned a hiring manager would reach out that day with formal interview details. I never got the email, checked everywhere including junk. Later, I saw an update from Indeed saying the company wasn't moving forward. I emailed the recruiter to clarify if this was correct or an error since I applied for multiple roles, but got no response. I still completed the test and the meet and greet, which went well, but I was never formally interviewed.
- Do you have the necessary setup for working remotely?
