The whole thing kicked off with a job post on their site, which was super detailed, so I knew what to expect. I applied online and got an email invite in 3 days, which felt pretty fast. The actual interview was a mix: a panel with 3 people (HR, hiring manager, etc.) and a case study. The panel folks were nice and professional, made me feel comfortable. They asked about my past jobs, how I solve problems, and if I'd vibe with the company. The case study was cool, I had to look at a real business problem and then pitch my ideas. They gave me good feedback right then and there, which was neat.

Got an email from a recruiter who seemed to not read my resume and asked me questions via email. We discussed salary, but they still moved forward with the team manager interview without making sure our salary expectations matched. After the team manager interview, which went really well, we discussed salary again, but they didn't have any budget updates. Then they went completely silent, ignoring follow-up emails, and sent a rejection after 3-4 weeks with no prior updates.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a 3-stage process after the initial recruiter chat. They really dug in with competency-based questions, a role-play/task, and then a final interview with the head honcho. It felt pretty thorough. Each part took about an hour. They got back to me pretty quickly with feedback.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I applied for the role in March and HR reached out for an initial chat. It then took about two months to get the interview scheduled. The HR person was really great, communicative, and helpful. The first interview felt okay, the interviewer was direct and gave me a case study where I had to discuss how I'd plan and run a paid social campaign. But after that first interview, I didn't hear back for a whole month. I emailed HR to check on the status, but it looks like I won't get a response. It's a shame because I read some bad reviews online, but it was still a disappointing experience.
