The interview process was pretty standard. The HR team was helpful, although I think they could have provided more details on benefits. It looks like a good company, but the hiring process took a while to wrap up.

Behavioral Presentation

Got a call from the recruiter after they saw my resume. The company had a really long job posting (like 5 pages!), but as we went through the interview stages and fewer people were left, they seemed a bit unclear on the exact profile they needed. This made the whole process drag on with more people to talk to than usual. The interviews themselves felt pretty good, the people were nice and friendly, and they mostly cared about my past experiences rather than putting me on the spot with tricky questions. The last part was a written assignment where I had 48 hours to lay out how I'd handle specific scenarios and why I'd be the right fit.
