First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Regal.
Concessionist
It’s a one-on-one interview in person at the theatre with a manager, so just take a deep breath, stay calm, and don’t put too much pressure on yourself. The managers are very kind, patient, and understanding, and they really just want to get to know you as a person. Be yourself, speak honestly, and let your personality come through naturally—you’ll do great.
- Can you tell me about your availability?
Graphic Designer
So the graphic design interview process usually starts with like a screening call, where we chatted about my background, my experience, and why I'm interested in this gig. Then I had to present my portfolio, talk through the ideas behind my designs and any tricky situations I got into in past projects. The final interview was more in-depth about the role specifics, company vibes, and technical skills.
- Could you explain your design process from start to finish?
Frontend Developer
The first interview was a shadow round with a senior interviewer and another observer. I was asked two T50 tagged Meta medium questions. I solved both optimally and stated their correct time complexities. For the second question, I initially gave a time complexity based on one input, but after a clarification prompt, I revised it to be based on the other input and explained my reasoning, which seemed to be the correct approach. I finished about 5-10 minutes early.
- Can you describe your experience with Reach and Express?
Software Engineer
The overall experience was good. The HR representative was helpful, and the interview panel members were knowledgeable. I felt I performed well in the interview and gained a valuable learning experience. I'm currently awaiting the results, but it was a positive experience overall. The process included technical and coding rounds, concluding with an HR round.
