If they ask you for an interview, just know that you’re hired. They will ask you what your favorite movie is, why you think they should hire you, and why you want to work here. That’s it.
- Why do you think you are a good fit for this position?
- What is your favorite movie?
- Why do you want to work here?

I was asked if I wanted to sell tickets, concessions or clean theaters. I was also asked what I would do if I saw someone stealing from the register. The last question was who was my favorite actor and why.
- What action would you take if you witnessed theft at the cash register?
- Could you tell me who your favorite actor is and the reason for your choice?
