First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reebok.
Manager
The interview process was a bit lengthy but overall quite free flowing. The questions and requirements were attainable and answerable. Nothing you need to look out for specifically. But overall a ok process for a retail position.
- Describe a situation where you experienced a conflict and how you resolved it.
Marketing Intern
After I sent in my application for the internship, I had a phone call with an interviewer that went great. Even though I didn't get a second interview because the program was pretty selective, the phone call itself was good, and the interviewer was chill and fun to chat with.
- Describe a time you handled pressure.
Visual Merchandiser
It was a really straightforward and positive interview process. It's best if you know company facts and trends before going in. If you show you're enthusiastic about working there, it's pretty easy to get the job. They really like employees who are forward thinkers. They'll ask about your past knowledge to get a sense of the experience they're looking for in this role.
- Can you share some proactive systems you've implemented in your previous jobs and explain how they contributed to the business's success?
Digital Merchandising Manager
The interview process started off well with good communication from the recruiter. I had an initial phone screen followed by an interview with the hiring manager, which I felt went well. After that, communication became poor. I was told I'd be contacted on a specific date after my first follow-up email, but I didn't hear back. When the promised follow-up date passed, I reached out again but received no response. After another week, I tried one last time due to my strong interest in the role, but still never heard back regarding my candidacy status. The lack of basic communication about my status was very disappointing, especially given the company's stated values on their career site. I found myself questioning my performance, but I had a good interview and was given specific timelines for follow-up that were not met. It's crucial for both parties to communicate clearly, regardless of company size or role. A simple update is all that's needed. I respected the time and commitment I made and expected the same in return. Candidates need closure. I am very disappointed with Reebok's lack of communication and respect.
- Can you describe your approach to merchandising specifically for mobile platforms?
