Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reebok.
Manager
The interview process was a bit lengthy but overall quite free flowing. The questions and requirements were attainable and answerable. Nothing you need to look out for specifically. But overall a ok process for a retail position.
- Describe a situation where you experienced a conflict and how you resolved it.
Associate Manager
It was 3 rounds total. One was a phone call, another was an online interview, and the last one was a panel. Everyone was really nice and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel pretty smooth. It did take a couple of months though, but they were going through a really busy time of year.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in Reebok?
- What challenges have you encountered in your career?
- Describe how you handle working on the fly.
Insights Manager
The interview process involved friendly people and good conversations where I learned about the company. Everyone I spoke with seemed to love the company, which made me excited about the possibility of working there. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any feedback on why I wasn't selected to move forward after completing three rounds.
- Could you share one aspect of your previous job that you disliked?
