It was a very laid-back interview with an awesome interviewer. The questions were straightforward and to the point. I just showed up at the store and we discussed my past sales history and prior work experience. My education was briefly discussed. They asked about my living situation in relation to the store's distance, which was easy since I live right across the street. I was also asked if I was interested in transferring to different locations or potentially becoming a third-key holder. I was interviewed by the assistant manager, and only briefly met the store manager who just introduced himself and left the interview to the assistant manager.

I applied online about a month ago, and then they gave me a call. It was the usual interview stuff. They asked why I wanted to work there, about my previous sales experience, and how I'd deal with challenging customers. I also asked about their work hours, and they couldn't commit to giving me at least 20 hours a week. I got a weird feeling about the place because it seemed like people were always coming and going.

The online questionnaire was really long but the process took about 2 weeks. Quiet atmosphere and the interview is one on one so you can really express yourself and understand what is required of you. Questions are asked to get to know you, not too hard just be yourself. I recommend especially if you don't have previous experience!
