First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Razor Group.
Intern
It was a single round interview, pretty straightforward. They asked about my background and experience. Also asked about my interests and expectations, and my values and expectations. It wasn't super clear on the role requirements, so I made sure to ask questions. This was followed by a 10-minute P&L analysis case study.

Brand Manager
The interview process was quite unorganized and not very professional, felt a bit egoistic too. I had a first round interview that went really well. But then, the second interviewer rescheduled on me twice, with one reschedule happening just 10 minutes before the planned time. The email for the second interview mentioned it would be an Excel case study, but it ended up being a repeat of the first interview. To top it off, the second interview was conducted by someone else because my original interviewer was unavailable.
- Can you share some details about your past experience?
- What drives your interest in this position?
- What are your general thoughts about your experience and motivations?
Data Science Manager
I had 3 rounds. First was an HR round with questions about my past experience and why I want to join Razor group. Second was a case study round where I had to solve a problem using Python over a few days, then interview to explain my approach and show my technical skills. HR said my case study solution was great. The final round was with the CTO, discussing my experience and technical skills, and she also talked about the company. I thought all rounds went well, but I didn't hear back from HR after the final round, even after following up. I guess the CTO has the final say, and it's a shame they don't communicate rejections.
- Tell me about your past experience.
- What motivates you to join Razor group?
- Can you answer some technical questions?
Brand Manager
The communication was very good, starting with initial contact via LinkedIn. There were a total of 3 rounds with employees from different hierarchical levels. The first interview focused on career history, motivation, and especially personal fit, with someone who also works operationally in the position. The second interview involved a pre-shared case study that was the focus of the call. This needed good preparation as questions were asked about it. The third interview involved higher-level content questions, moving beyond purely operational aspects to assess analytical understanding. Overall, all conversations were structured, recruiters usually responded quickly, and everyone was very friendly. The culture also seems to fit, very startup-like with a fast pace.
- Can you share your motivation for this application and explain why you believe you're a strong candidate for this role at Razor?
