The interview process was smooth. I had to submit a case study that the interviewer then evaluated. There were four rounds in total: an introduction, a case study presentation and technical review, a manager interview, and an HR interview.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The whole thing took about 3 weeks and had 4 stages. First was a recruiter call, then a chat with someone from the product team, then a case study, and finally a meeting with the head of product to go over the case study and talk about what they and I are looking for. The recruiter was really fast with updates, and the whole process felt pretty smooth and simple. They seem to make decisions fast if they like you.

Case Presentation

Seriously, don't bother with this company if you're looking for a real job. They just waste your time with case studies and then ghost you. It started okay, but even when I asked for an update, there was zero response. The whole process is really tough, with a long take-home case that needs a lot of time and effort. And for what? Even a simple rejection email would have been nice. Good luck finding good people with this kind of approach.
