Had a total of 4 interview rounds. This included two technical rounds, one HR round, and a cultural fit assessment. The technical interviews heavily featured questions about APIs and databases, specifically covering joins, inserts, and performance testing. The HR round was mainly for salary discussions and to talk about future vision.

The interview process involved 3 rounds. It started with an initial phone screen with their in-house recruiter. Next, there was a 1-hour video meeting with the hiring manager. The final step was an in-person interview with the President of the Americas. During this last interview, HR joined and asked some standard, predictable questions. I really enjoyed my discussions with the two gentlemen who interviewed me. I would have taken the offer if the compensation had been aligned.

The interview process was very smooth. Since I live in Delhi-NCR, I was asked if I could come to the office for Rounds 2 and 3. I received an offer after 4 interview rounds. The first round was a basic know each other kind of round. The interviewer shared great insights as to what the company does and what its products are. I also shared my prior experience and what I bring to the table. In Rounds 2 and 3, I spoke with senior officials who were supportive and kind throughout the process. They did try to grill me but in a good way. All in all, it was a good interview process.

Case Technical Presentation Other

Honestly, I'd say don't bother interviewing here. It dragged on for more than a month and was messy from the start. HR first said 2 rounds, but then it ballooned to 8, which was super confusing. I got through the case study, hiring manager chat, technical part, and the final stages, but then they suddenly threw in an aptitude test. You had to hit 80% in every section, which was just annoying. They should really do this test upfront. Plus, HR asked for payslips and other docs, then set up another 'final' interview where the hiring team still wasn't sure. After spending an hour talking to them, they were still undecided. I'm not happy with this company or their hiring process. Save yourself the time and don't apply here, even for a small role. Big companies like Fortune ones don't do this kind of long, confusing process.
